Digital 4-in-1: 98°C boiling, filtered cold, plus mixer

The Focetti Pro is the current 4-in-1 successor to Fohen's original Focetti. From one spout it gives 98°C filtered boiling water, filtered cold drinking water, and standard hot and cold, via a digital touchscreen with five presets (75 to 98°C). 2.4L boiler, six finishes, 2-year warranty. Fohen lists it at £898 but sells it permanently at £489, which is the price you pay.

What we like

  • 4-in-1 from one spout including filtered cold
  • Digital touchscreen with five temperature presets
  • WRAS and CE approved with a child-safe spring-lock
  • Sells at £489, well below the £898 list price

Watch out for

  • 98°C, not a true 100°C boil
  • Needs an electrical socket under the sink
  • Power draw not published by Fohen
  • Some units now ship with a Hanström-branded boiler

Our take

The Fohen Focetti Pro 4-in-1 reviewed

The Focetti Pro is the current version of the Focetti that first put Fohen on UK shortlists, and the Pro relaunch turned it into a 4-in-1. From one spout you get 98°C filtered boiling water, filtered cold drinking water, and standard hot and cold, controlled by a digital touchscreen with five presets from 75 to 98°C. Fohen lists it at £898 but sells it permanently at £489, which is the price you actually pay.

At that real price it is one of the cheapest ways to get a filtered 4-in-1 into a UK kitchen, and the finish range is wide: chrome, matt black, gunmetal and three golds. It is WRAS and CE approved, with a child-safe spring lock on the boiling side and a 360-degree swivel.

The honest limits are the temperature and the brand details. The boil tops out at 98°C, not a true 100°C, so for sterilising or pasta it falls just short of a Quooker or Franke. Fohen does not publish a standby wattage, and some units now ship with a Hanström-branded boiler rather than Fohen's own, which is the same unit but worth knowing. Buy it for the price and the filtered 4-in-1, and treat £489 as the real cost, not the £898 list.

Running cost

What this tap really costs to own.

Headline price is half the story. The Fohen Focetti Pro 4-in-1 reheats whenever the tank cools, and standby power adds up over a decade. Use the calculator with your own electricity tariff and household usage to see the 10-year total.
