Our verdict
Franke wins if filtration is the priority. The Omni is genuinely 4-in-1 out of the box: boiling, filtered, hot and cold. No CUBE module to add, no separate filter tap on the worktop. For households where filtered drinking water matters daily, Franke removes a step Quooker leaves to an upsell.
Quooker wins on finish flexibility and ecosystem. Quooker offers more finish options across its model range, plus the CUBE module if you later decide you want sparkling and chilled water. The ecosystem is broader. If you are not sure today what you will want in three years, Quooker leaves more doors open.
Warranty and price are close, not decisive. Quooker offers up to 7 years on the tank via SWAP registration, Franke offers 2-3 years on the appliance. Prices are within 10-15% of each other on flagship models. Neither is meaningfully cheaper for typical UK kitchens.
