InSinkErator is the dominant brand in the US instant hot water dispenser market, founded in 1938 and acquired by Whirlpool Corporation in November 2022 (previously owned by Emerson Electric from 1968 to 2022). Its UK instant-hot taps dispense at 98°C (up to 99°C with the NeoTank); the classic US under-sink dispensers run cooler at around 200°F (93°C). Neither reaches a true 100°C. Wide availability through Home Depot and Lowe's. The default choice for US homes.
